Delivery + Preorders
QUICK NOTES
- In-stock play mats are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
- Orders including preorders will be shipped when the preorder items are ready.
- Free shipping is available to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
- Estimated delivery time is 5-7 days after dispatch.
- Shipping is unavailable to PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Incorrect addresses may result in additional postage costs.
- Swatch deliveries take 7-10 working days.
- If you are in an apartment, delivery to a concierge or communal area will be considered a successful delivery. If your order is stolen from a communal area, we recommend filing a report with the police.
- Delivery of goods is successful if it is on or near the address. If you have an issue with a safe place or a neighbour who would take delivery, please notify the courier prior to delivery.
- Shipping to Canada is currently unavailable.
- Sales tax applies to orders shipped to Georgia and NJ.

We can't wait for you to unroll your Totter + Tumble play mat and get playing! Our warehouse team work hard to have in-stock play mats dispatched within 1-2 working days.
PREORDER SHIPPING
Play mats that are on Preorder will be marked on your order and have all the relevant information on the play mat's product page, which we will keep up to date if there are any changes. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship.
US SHIPPING
As an introductory offer, U.S. shipping is free. We ship to the continental 48 states, but we cannot ship to PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
You should expect your playmat to take 5-7 days to arrive on your doorstep once shipped.
Please make sure your design selection, size and shipping address are correct before you complete your purchase. As a small business we can stretch for free shipping, however we will not be responsible for the cost of postage to re-send any items where the address was entered incorrectly or there have been multiple failed delivery attempts.
If you realise that you've made an error in entering any of your details please email hello@totterandtumble.com as soon as you can and we will try to amend them for you providing your item hasn't already been processed for shipping. If your item comes back to us because of an incorrect address we may have to charge to resend it out to you.
As per the Terms + Conditions, delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address captured at checkout and it is deemed to have been delivered when placed at the address or neighbouring property. Please note that successful delivery does not require the signature or presence of a person, but is completed at or near the address. The products will be your responsibility from that time so it is important you manage that process through the tracking links provided.
US Swatch Service (available within contiguous US states)
For swatch deliveries, we use UPS and you should allow 7-10 working days for delivery. Our swatches are not tracked but they can fit through a standard mailbox, so there is no need to wait in.
Returns are actively encouraged as we seek a sustainable Swatch Service with minimal wastage and must be made within 30 days, in order to be refunded.

For purchases made in Georgia we collect sales tax.
